Purchase Pass

A one-off class for if you were looking to try the Teen Zen experience.  This class is designed for high school aged students looking for improvement of their strength and flexibility, while incorporating tools to assist with a steady mindset and creating calm.  This is a 1 hour class which includes 40 minutes of physical practice and finishes with a 20 minute Hansa Rest.
