Live outside Dunedin?  Can’t get to the studio? Travelling for work or holiday?  No problem!  You can now have some of our nu classes with you wherever you are with the introduction of our online options.  Join us for these evening classes and we will bring the studio to you.  

Once you have booked you will receive a link in your inbox to connect you to the class.  You will need to check you have Zoom set up before the class starts, so check in a bit earlier if you haven’t used Zoom before.  Otherwise have your mat, a bolster, blocks, strap and a blanket ready to go and see you online very soon!
