We are very happy to be offering these nuggets of restoration which will assist in regulating breathing patterns to support your nervous system, as well as giving you and your nerves a deep rest during the afternoon energy dip.  These siesta sessions have been specifically designed to help steady and reset your nervous system before you face the afternoon, and in time for some to manage the young ones in their life.
