Available from anywhere online - this Chair Yoga class has been designed to accommodate those who, for whatever reason, may find it difficult getting up and down off the floor. It is a complete class in itself, however can also be used as an entry point to other classes. Over time it will enable better strength, mobility, balance and independence. If you're ageing, or recovering from an injury, this one is for you. As with all of our classes, it can be as challenging as you are ready to make it.
Once you have booked you will receive a link in your inbox to connect you to the class. You will need to check you have Zoom set up before the class starts, so check in a bit earlier if you haven’t used Zoom before. Otherwise have your mat, a bolster, blocks, strap and a blanket ready to go and see you online very soon!
