An afternoon immersion of yoga and mindfulness-based tools for sleep and stress with Hannah Turner and Ray Jacobsen.
Informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and somatic (body-based) therapies.
This workshop will offer nervous system and sleep cycle education, and a blend of breath work, mindfulness, movement and other nervous system soothing practices targeting both stress and sleep.
Hannah & Ray are both mental health clinicians and yoga teachers, who are passionate about bridging yogic-based tools and techniques into therapeutic spaces.
All levels of experience and accessibility are welcome.
