This course is a general stretch course with an emphasis on the upper body. A very common area of interrelated issues, this is an excellent antidote to all the predominant forward movements we do. Paired with repeated use of our digits on phones and keyboards, it can create the perfect storm in your neck, shoulders and arms.
This course will give you the tools to help support the discomfort you may be carrying, helping you optimise ease and functionality in your posture, and improve overall energy. If you don’t already carry these issues but know that you need this, then do it to create awareness and prevent issues embedding themselves into your posture.
This really is a course for all us, but especially if you experience discomfort in your neck, shoulders, arms and/or wrists.
