A four week course offering yoga and mindfulness-based tools for sleep and anxiety with Hannah Turner & Ray Jacobsen.
Informed by Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and somatic (body-based) therapies. Each week will be a blend of breathwork, mindfulness, movement and other nervous system soothing practices targeting both anxiety and sleep.
